Celebrating the wonderful People,
Places & Produce of the Prom Coast.

Events celebrating the wonderful People, Places and Produce of the Prom Coast will run throughout the area During Labour Day Weekend 2023. Friday the 10th March to Sunday the 12th March.

Welcome to the 2023 Prom Coast Festival.  We acknowledge the Bunurong and GunaiKurnai people as the traditional custodians of South Gippsland and pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia.

This is the ninth iteration of the Biennial Festival that began in 2007, and once again  we showcase events organised by community groups for the region’s artists, creators, performers and produce growers. As you browse this booklet there will be decisions to make about what to see and when, and what not to miss! We make no apologies for this, as the program is packed with music, food, books, games and lots of fun!

Our thanks to all our sponsors, donors and volunteers who have generously supported this year’s event.
